Grass Fed Beef Chilli ConCarne broen rice and green beans.

if you had more than 5 starts i would give it my favourite dish you do by far, its YUMMY, no need to add anything to this one, beans and rice are Great with this, Can you add some Jalapenos PLEASE, i have 3 in my freezer ready to go...
